Shipping and Handling Within the continental US, we ship via UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested. The shipping cost will depend on the package weight and dimensions, and shipping location. We strive to provide our customers with the fastest and kindest service possible. Therefore, orders placed by 12:00 pm will most likely ship the same day. Orders shipped after 12:00 pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days.
If you prefer, we will ship with an expedited UPS service. When you purchase an item you will see the shipping options and their fees. Naturally, a faster delivery option will incur higher shipping fees.
International Orders We ship anywhere in the world. However, the international customer is responsible for any brokerage and/or custom fees. Furthermore, if a product is refused by customs or the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. It is the customer’s responsibility to know any applicable laws in regards to the importation of our products and any related fees. It is recommended that the customer provide detailed instructions, such as shipping method and declarations, for international orders at the time of order.
Green Shipping Policies Since we want to leave as small a footprint on this planet as possible, we employ planet friendly business practices wherever possible. Therefore, we reuse any packaging and packaging materials sent to us. We encourage you to reuse this material as well. Furthermore, we strive to buy only recycled or plant based shipping materials.
Returns Policy Green Harmony Living is dedicated to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience and hope the products we carry meet your needs.
If you receive an incomplete, incorrect, or damaged order, please contact us immediately by phone or email and we will credit your account, resend you a new product, or give you store credit. In this case, we will refund any shipping charges up to the cost of UPS Ground shipping.
Returns will be accepted with prior approval within 14 days of purchase. No returns accepted without prior approval. Customer pays for return shipment. After the product has been returned and inspected, credit will be given.
Any non perishable, unopened, unused product in resalable condition without any damage may be returned. Perishable products are not returnable. If you have an issue with any perishable item please contact us.
We recommend that you contact the manufacturer for appliances that require repairs or are defective during the warranty period. We do not accept returns of Blendtec products. Blemdtec products must be returned to the manufacturer. Appliance returns to us incur a 20% restocking fee. Appliance returns to us must be returned in the original, unused condition in the original package, and must be returned with all of the original materials that came with the appliance, such as accessories, manuals, papers, and packaging materials.

Returns credited to a credit card will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Store credits will be charged a 5% restocking fee. If you would like an exchange, please let us know which product you prefer. The difference in price will be given as store credit or charged to your credit card on file.
