100% Pure, Organic Agave Nectar from wild mature plants - in a one gallon jug. This is an inexpensive good plant based sweetening option. The agave plant has been long been cultivated in hilly, semi-arid soils of Mexico. Its fleshy leaves cover the pineapple shaped heart of the plant. This is where the sweet sticky juice is contained. It is best known for its use in making tequila.
Our agave syrup or nectar is in its natural form. Taste the difference. This agave is evaporated at 95 C as per the manufacturers flowchart.
Suggested Uses:
Use in teas, smoothies,
as a syrup, with cereals, for dips and spreads and any dessert. In
recipes use about 25% less of this raw agave nectar than you would other
sweeteners.
