Mesquite is a traditional food of indigenous cultures from arid regions of South America. Today, mesquite’s distinct flavor and aroma continue to be enjoyed in many culinary applications, and it’s health benefits widely respected. Green Harmony Living offers this food in its traditional and organic powder form, which carries a sweet, smoky flavor that is similar to carob and caramel. Mesquite Pod Meal contains up to 17% protein with a high lysine content.
