Shipping and Handling
Within the continental US, we offer a Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $8.99. We also offer FREE Shipping on all orders under 60 lbs. within the continental US (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO, or other address outside the 48 states) over $120. When you choose flat rate or free ship, we ship either FedEx, UPS Ground, or USPS Priority Mail or First Class, depending on which is the lowest cost. In addition, we offer regular and expedited UPS and USPS shipping services at their normal fees, which depend upon the package weight and dimensions, and shipping location. You can get a preview of the Shipping Options and fees before you checkout by clicking on the "Estimate Shipping" button at the bottom of the "Shopping Cart Contents" page. A new window will pop up where you can fill in your address info and view the shipping options.
We strive to provide our customers with the fastest and kindest service possible. Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. Exceptions apply when you order a Blue Mountain Organics product. See "2) PLEASE NOTE" below.
1) PLEASE NOTE: Free Shipping can not be combined with any other discount offer. Only one discount offer can be applied to each order.
2) PLEASE NOTE: Any order with Blue Mountain Organics items (which also includes the brands Angelica's Chocolates, Better Than Roasted (BTR), Love Raw Foods (LRF), Earth Chips, Flours of Life (FOL), Blue Mountain Cashew Creamery, and/or The Raw Bakery (TRB)) in the order will possibly have a longer order processing time as we special order their products in order to provide the ultimate freshness of their products made from fragile nuts, seeds, and grains. Orders with both Blue Mountain Organics products and other products can be delayed 5-7 business days, Orders made up entirely of Blue Mountain Organics products will be shipped sooner and will only be delayed 3-4 business days.
We ship most anywhere in the world, however there some countries we will not ship to because of fraud concerns. We ship all international orders via USPS (US Postal Service). For Canadian customers, we also ship via USPS Priority Mail since there are no hidden custom fees as with other shippers.
Please note that the international customer is responsible for any brokerage and/or custom fees. Furthermore, if a product is refused by customs or the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. It is the customer’s responsibility to know any applicable laws in regards to the importation of our products and any related fees. It is recommended that the customer provide detailed instructions, such as shipping method and declarations, for international orders at the time of order. No cancellations, returns, or refunds on international orders are acceptable.
Green Shipping Policies
Since we want to leave as small a footprint on this planet as possible, we employ planet friendly business practices wherever possible. We strive to use the most environmentally friendly shipping practices that includes, using new and/or reusing only 100% biodegradable boxes and packaging material, using smaller boxes to reduce the amount of material used, and choosing UPS and USPS as our shippers because of their strong environmental policies. Any new material that we purchase preferably must be biodegradable, nontoxic, preferably plant based, recyclable, and/or recycled. We encourage you to reuse this material as well. In addition, as much as possible we transport packages by bicycle to the shipping dropoff site in order to curb pollution and save fuel.

We accept returns on non perishable, non supplement products that are in resaleable condition (i.e. undamaged, unopened, and unused products). In order to provide our customers with the utmost quality and safety, perishable products and supplements are not returnable. Please email or call for prior approval before returning any items. No returns accepted without prior approval. Customer pays for return shipping. Credit will be given after the intact product is returned and inspected. Returns will only be accepted with prior approval within 10 days of purchase date. We will give you the return to address upon approval. Shipping charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses. No cancellations, returns, or refunds on international orders are acceptable.
We do not accept any returns or give refunds on used or new appliances or equipment. If the item was damaged during transit we can send you a new unit. We recommend that you contact the manufacturer for appliances or equipment that require repairs or are defective during the warranty period.
If you receive an incomplete, incorrect, or damaged order, please contact us immediately by phone or email and we will resend you a new product.
When returning an item please include a note with instructions stating how you would like your credit to be given: to your credit card, store credit, or exchange.
Returns credited to a credit card will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Store credits will be charged a 5% restocking fee. If you would like an exchange, please let us know which product you prefer. The difference in price will be given as store credit or charged to your credit card on file.
